Unsettled for Parts of the West; Warming Temperatures for the East

Low pressure will bring locally heavy precipitation to the Pacific Northwest, much of California, and the Great Basin today and tonight, before pushing into the Rockies by Monday. Heavy snowfall can be expected in higher elevations, with several feet possible across the Sierra Nevada.
