Rain, Snow and Wind for the West; Severe Weather Potential for the South

Another storm will approach and affect the West and Southwest portions of the country through early this week. Heavy rain, snow and wind are in the forecast with flooding and difficult travel conditions. Snow will spread into the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest through Tuesday.
